This teleseminar focuses on the Learner/Judger(TM) mindset distinctions, which allow people to shift from blame-focused questions that impede success to solution-focused questions that facilitate it. The goal is to build a more resilient Learner mindset. Coaches and consultants can use these insights and skills for their own personal and professional development as well as a source of practical interventions with their clients.

Through new distinctions, stories, models, tools and interactive exercises, this teleseminar series is built on a practical methodology called Question Thinking(TM) for designing and delivering powerful questions. This supports more strategic and critical thinking as well as higher emotional, social, and moral intelligence. It also supports more effective decision-making and problem-solving. Question Thinking skills expand awareness of the profound power of internal as well as interpersonal questions to shape and direct thoughts, feelings, behavior and outcomes.
